About
Hello! I am a graduate student in Cultural Anthropology PhD program at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. My dissertation research examines how people living in Scotland's Outer Hebrides foster a sense of natural and cultural authenticity through place-making, environmental conservation and linguistic revitalization efforts amid environmental and economic change. Additionally, I am interested in how natural and cultural authenticity are cultivated in heritage spaces through both conservation and tourism.
